I founded Imerium Consulting to help companies see what they are too close to see themselves. Over time, organizations get used to their own routines, decisions, and internal logic - and that often hides the real reasons progress slows or opportunities are missed. My role is to step in with an outside perspective, ask the difficult questions, and help leadership teams make clearer, more deliberate decisions about where to focus and what to change.

 

I bring more than a decade of experience in international business development, having led and supported over €175 million in business operations across multiple European markets. My work spans business diagnostics, growth strategy, complex deal structuring, and execution support. I work closely with founders and executive teams, combining strategic thinking with hands-on involvement, to help businesses regain clarity, move forward with confidence, and build structures that support sustainable growth.
